MindLeap VR follows the DMCA guidelines to protect copyright holders. If we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content. The original complainant’s contact information may be shared with the uploader to aid in resolving the issue.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, along with its prior location on the site (e.g., URL).
  • Your contact details (name, physical address, phone number, email).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court and agreeing to accept service of process from the complainant.
  • Your signature (physical or electronic).

Once we receive the counter-notification, we will forward it to the complainant. If no legal action is filed within 10–14 business days, the content may be restored.
