Refund Privacy
At MindLeap VR, we are dedicated to providing high-quality VR gaming experiences for all our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is as follows:
Game Cancellations:
- If you cancel your VR game order within 7 days of purchase and the game has not been opened or downloaded, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3 to 6 days after purchase will be eligible for a 50% refund, provided the game has not been activated or downloaded.
- Cancellations made more than 6 days after purchase or if the game has been opened, activated, or downloaded are non-refundable.
Digital VR Game Downloads:
- Digital VR game purchases are non-refundable once the download or activation code has been used.
- If you experience any technical issues with a VR game, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for troubleshooting or a possible resolution.
Defective or Damaged Physical VR Games:
- If you receive a defective or damaged physical VR game, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Pre-Order Refunds:
- Pre-ordered VR games can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the official release date.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the release date are non-refundable, but we may offer store credit or exchanges based on availability.
